Therapy in Berlin for adults navigating expat life, neurodivergence, and relationships.

I'm Bianca Morandi, a Brazilian psychologist in Neukölln, Berlin. I came here a few years ago and went through what a lot of my clients are now navigating: rebuilding a life in a country, language, and building and maintaining relationships. The people I see don't usually need someone to explain immigration to them; they need someone who has been through it.

I work with adults navigating expat life, ADHD (diagnosed, self-identifying, or still figuring it out), and difficulty in relationships. Sessions are in English and Portuguese, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), which focuses on less about fixing you, and more about sitting with what's hard and acting in line with what matters.
